Niko Shipyard is a contractor in the field of shipbuilding, ship repair, offshore and industrial facilities.

With more than 24 years of experience, we specialise in hull construction, welding and assembly work for Ukrainian and international customers. The team employs more than 350 specialists capable of performing tasks of any complexity - at shipyards, industrial sites and facilities across Europe.
Niko Shipyard is part of the Navalis Group, a group of companies with expertise in marine engineering and industrial construction. We work with quality, precision and customer confidence in 9 countries.

Hull constructions

Niko Shipyard carries out hull construction works for vessels of various purposes: production of sections, modules and complete hulls. We ensure geometric accuracy, welding quality and compliance with the requirements of classification societies. We work as a contractor for shipyards in Ukraine and Europe.

Ship repair

We carry out repairs of hulls, decks, superstructures and individual ship elements. We use modern welding technologies and engineering supervision. The work is carried out on the slipway, in the shipyard or on site. We guarantee quality, efficiency and compliance with technical standards.

Offshore constructions

We manufacture and assemble offshore steel structures: pontoons, crossings, pylons, and modules for energy and infrastructure. The work is carried out in accordance with international standards, with quality control at all stages.

Interior works

We carry out interior works on ships and industrial facilities: installation of bulkheads, insulation, cladding, flooring, laying of cable routes and utility networks. We ensure the accuracy of installation, compliance with the project and customer requirements.

Pipeline works

We install pipelines for various purposes: fuel, water, hydraulic and ventilation systems. We carry out cutting, fitting, welding and testing in accordance with technical standards.

Bridge constructions

We manufacture and assemble steel bridge structures for transport and industrial infrastructure. We ensure precision assembly, welding quality and corrosion protection. We work at the production, reinforcement or reconstruction stages of bridges of any complexity.

Planning

We analyse the terms of reference, assess risks and formulate an optimal work plan, taking into account the timing, resources and specifics of the facility.
